Security Officer

RESPONSIBILITIES:

JOB SUMMARY: Observes and reports activities and incidents at an assigned client site, providing for the security and safety of client property and personnel. Makes periodic tours to check for irregularities and to inspect protection devices and fire control equipment. Preserves order and may act to enforce regulations and directives for the site pertaining to personnel, visitors, and premises.

REQUIREMENTS:

QUALIFICATIONS:
• 18 years of age
• No felony convictions
• High School Diploma or GED or
(willing to participate in GED program)
• Reliable transportation (no Public Transportation)
• Drivers License strongly recommended
• Pass mandatory drug screening
• Stable work history
• Able to obtain SC Security Officer License
• Effective verbal & written communications, including writing routine correspondences
• Basic computer operations
• Ability to provide high quality customer service
• Must be available Saturdays and Sundays
